A nice steady hike makes for an excellent winter hike. The incline was only sharp in one small spot. People has success with both snowshoes and crampons.
There is a small tower on the summit which ensures panoramic views. The tower is glassed in so you can stay relatively warm in the winter.
Trailhead
From Route 302 in N. Conway / Interval take the Hurricane Mt Road almost across from the rest stop/overlook/tourist center. Follow this road for a mile or two and watch for the parking area/sign on the left. (Lat:44.10574 Lon:-71.09416)
